KAB is one of Denmark’s largest social housing administrators, managing and operating approximately 70,000 general (almen) and municipal housing units in the Greater Copenhagen area, as well as providing energy management services and construction advisory to housing associations and municipalities. The organisation serves as a full-service housing administration partner — covering tenant services, board support, procurement, urban and housing development, and sustainability — for Denmark’s non-profit housing sector. KAB also runs digital resident portals and advisory services that set the standard for Danish almen housing administration.
