Velliv Ejendomme A/S is the real estate subsidiary of Velliv, Pension & Livsforsikring, investing a portion of pension customers’ savings in approximately 2,200 directly owned residential properties — primarily in Copenhagen and Aarhus — with Velliv customers and their children receiving priority access to the rental waitlist. The company also launched the Naboliv community housing concept in 2025, a dedicated community living environment in Birkerød with 110 rental apartments and shared communal activities. Velliv Ejendomme targets long-term residential rental investment on behalf of pension fund beneficiaries, combining financial returns with high-quality housing supply for Danish renters.
